This policy explains what personal information Ayres Capital Enterprises LTD. (“we”, “us”), a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada, collects through ayrescapital.ca, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

2. Information we collect
When you use the contact form or email us
- The contact form asks for your name, email address and message.
- If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in the email.
When you visit the site
- Our web host keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request.
- Our analytics records page views and clicks in aggregate. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address.
The site has no accounts, no newsletter and nothing for sale.
3. How we use your information
- To read and reply to your message.
- To see in aggregate how the site is used.
- To keep the site secure and working.
- To meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
We do not add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us.
4. Service providers
We share personal information only with the providers that run the site and handle its messages, and only as far as they need it. We do not sell your personal information.

Maestro is our own platform, built by Player Piano AI, a division of Ayres Capital Enterprises LTD. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
5. Cookies
The site sets no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
6. How long we keep your information
- Messages: while we handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period.
- Analytics: kept in aggregate, with nothing that identifies you.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
7. Where your information is processed
Some of our providers store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws and accessible to local authorities. We take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection. By using ayrescapital.ca, you acknowledge your information may be processed outside Canada.
8. Your rights under PIPEDA
You have the right to access and correct your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to ask questions about our practices. To exercise these rights, email andrew@ayrescapital.ca. We respond within the timeframes PIPEDA requires (generally within 30 days) and may verify your identity first. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to the systems that hold your message is limited. No method is completely secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.
10. Children’s privacy
The site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact andrew@ayrescapital.ca and we will delete it.
11. Links to other websites
The site links to the websites of our businesses and to others. Each has its own privacy policy, and we are not responsible for the practices of third-party sites.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed, and changes are posted on this page. Continued use of ayrescapital.ca after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
